Pah

I haven't posted in a while mainly due to school being a pain. Took my ACT... I'm pretty sure I did well on it. I also went to a couple of colleges and on Monday I went to the zoo. I've also discovered that either I have less teeth than normal, or that my last pair of molars before my wisdom teeth grew in really late. The world is still going crazy. Tornados down south, there's a new eating disorder besides Anorexia and Bulemia called Orthorexia, the economy is having issues, Africa is still having tons of riots, and the Russian News website in English is down. So now I have no idea what the Russkies are up to, until I learn the Cyrillic alphabet.

~Those turtles that were climbing turtles couldn't climb over the turtle fence~

Why?

~It was Turtle proof.~

How?

~It was three feet high.~

There's something oppressive about the world today...

Like thunder. I know it's not just me. I've asked a couple of people at school and such. Most agree that things feel strange. It's sort of like that feeling before you jump from a high place, or when you're at the top of a rollercoaster hill. My dreams have been getting increasingly odd as well. My most interesting dream recently was where I stopped a man from throwing himself off a bridge. I remember the dream really clearly as well, which is odd. It was me in the dream and I'm walking down a street in the middle of the night. I see a man standing on the edge of a bridge. He's standing on the gaurdrail, and I started running towards him. He took a stepforward, and I managed to yank him back just in time. We both fall backwards, and then he turns to look at me and starts crying. We had a long conversation after that, and I remember like all of it. His name was Arthur, he was 26, his fiance had left him for someone else, he hadn't got his promotion, he could hardly pay his rent, and he just didn't know what to do anymore. I remember he was wearing a dark blue suit, with a red striped tie. White collared undershirt, light brown hair,or it might have been dark blonde, and either grey or green eyes. It was night in my dream, so it was kind of hard to see. I was wearing my black and grey striped shirt I have, a pair of jeans, and tennis shoes. I feel like I have to write all this down quickly because this is one of the first times I've remembered a dream this clearly. He had a watch on, it was around 9:00 at night. After we were done talking he stood up, he was a bit shorter than me, and he said thank you, then I woke up. I have no idea if this was a real person or if my dreams just like inventing people, but that was pretty crazy how I could remember everything... have an ok day.

Year of the dog!

That's my Chinese zodiac! I'm very happy with it. I share year of the dog with people like Winston Churchill, C.S Lewis, Robert Frost, M.C Escher, and Rene Magritte which is awesome. But I also share it with people like John Wilkes Booth and Ted Bundy, which is scary. The dogs information reads...

People born in the Year of the Dog possess the best traits of human nature. They have a deep sense of loyalty, are honest, and inspire other people¡¦s confidence because they know how to keep secrets. But Dog People are somewhat selfish, terribly stubborn, and eccentric. They care little for wealth, yet somehow always seem to have money. They can be cold emotionally and sometimes distant at parties. They can find fault with many things and are noted for their sharp tongues. Dog people make good leaders. They are compatible with those born in the Years of the Horse, Tiger, and Rabbit.

That fits me to a key!
Have an ok day.

Riddle for the ages

At the center of the milky way there is a supermassive black hole. So what's at the center of the universe? Even scientists don't have a clue. Or perhaps an even better question, Why is there a cross in this whirlpool galaxy?

That's the only known whirlpool galaxy that's formed like that. The others all have a light, black hole, or a massive star at their center. But here there is only blank space where one of those items should be. Strange no?

Have an ok day.

Wierd

I had a dream that a huge raven was staring at me. And I mean huge, Tower of London sized. Than it flew off, and I got up (I had been sitting apparently) and I was in the middle of the countryside. It was all green and I was barefoot for some reason. I started walking towards some hills in the distance, then I woke up. Also an important thing to note is that I was wearing a blue dress that looked somewhat like this.
Odd dreams. Have an ok day.

racism

Goes both ways, just so you know. We're talking about civil rights stuff in history. It's pretty interesting. I once was yelled discriminatory things at. I lived in North Carolina for a year, and one day these two black girls called me whitey and cracker. Back then I just looked at them oddly, because I didn't really get it. Now I look back and think.... lol. I mean seriously... cracker? Oh no! Don't call me a type of biscuit with salt on it! I mean, come on, there's much better insults you can come up with. I mean you could call me a yank, or white trash, or a snake, seriously. (you know there's a problem, when a white person feels that the derogatory terms used towards them are not creative enough.) I would have to say 'Whitey' is by far the goofiest though. That's like me running up to a black person and calling them brownie. Weird, but not particularly insulting. Have some Dave Chappelle stand up.

Lol have an ok day.

I love this song!

But first we will talk about the Coati and the Raccoon dog. The Coati (pictured above) is an omnivore and a member of the Raccoon family. They lives primarily in South America and Mexico, though you may find them as high as Arizona. They live 7 to 8 years in the wild and up to 15 in captivity. Little is known about their behavior, and they are endangered, and losing most of their habitat. Unfortunately, unlike Raccoons these guys are unable to adapt to living in close proximity with humans. Usually if they try to raid our trash they'll end up dead because they can't eat a lot of the things we do.

This is a Raccoon Dog and like the above it is also an omnivore. However unlike the above it is actually not related to Raccoons at all. It is a member of the canid family which also includes foxes. This little guy is not endangered, and is actually being treated as a pest for all the domestic animals they kill. There is a protective program specifically for them, there is not one for the Coati. Odd isn't it? I guess the poor little Coati just isn't cute enough to be worth saving.
Enjoy this song anyhow.

Have an ok day.

Coolness

I had a dream about an anime/manga called Death Note. Except in my dream the plot went down an entire different path. I love it when my dreams reimagine things. It made the story so much cooler. A lot of the time my dreams will take stories or characters from films and books, and send them down entirely different paths, or they'll just add a new character. Some examples would be a vampire in the original fellowship of the ring, Star wars with Darth Vader killing the emperor in the first film and then taking over, Titanic with both the protagonists dying and focusing on another character, The little mermaid in reverse with the guy becoming a merman to be with Ariel, and something that was like Forrest Gump going through his journey only it was a rather naive and oblivious girl instead and it was through a different time period. My dreams are awesome.
